What is the process for ordering?
Simply upload a clear photo of your pet, choose your preferred size and frame option, and place your order. Our artists will create a hand-illustrated portrait based on your photo, ensuring every detail is beautifully captured.
Are there any other sizes available?
Currently, our custom pet portraits are available in 30x40 cm, but we’re continually working on expanding our size options. If there’s a specific size you’d love to see, feel free to get in touch with us or send a message—we’d love to hear your feedback.
Do you send previews of the artwork?
To maintain the authenticity of our creative process, we do not provide previews. Each artwork is 100% handmade, making every piece unique and a true reflection of the artist's style. While we strive to capture the essence of your pet and its distinctive features, the portrait is not intended to be a photorealistic representation. Rest assured, our artists put great care into every detail to create a portrait you’ll love.
Can you create portraits of any kind of animal?
